Services offered

Up to 4 in-person meetings to discuss birth plan, practice coping techniques, help partner/husband prepare for birth, and more
Resources including information on comfort measures/coping techniques, interventions, a birth plan template, and any other pregnancy or birth related information requested
On call 24/7 for you starting 2 weeks before due date and until birth
Availability for call or text when needed throughout pregnancy to answer questions or provide support
Full labor and birth support including hands-on pain relief methods, comfort measures, emotional and physical support, information on childbirth and interventions, advocacy, and breastfeeding support
I will be ready to come to the birth when you’re ready and I will stay up until 1-3 hours post-birth or until mother and baby are stable and no longer need doula support

1-2 hour class on childbirth, pregnancy, and how to make the best decisions for you and your baby during pregnancy and labor

1-2 hour interactive class for couples and partners/husbands to understand birth better, feel confident in supporting their wife in labor, learn and practice coping techniques, and feel empowered in their invaluable and irreplaceable role during birth
